Verdict

COOL BOY (4) looks a nice gelding on the rise, carrying the top weight in C4 last time out and winning comfortably as the race favourite. The horse he beat there came out and bolted in on Thursday. Purton hops in the saddle now from a favourable alley, and he can extend his winning run. PACKING GLORY (7) just missed as the race favourite last time out, missing in a photo finish at the top of C4. He rises up to C3 here, but drops 12lbs for the rise in grade. Chadwick can position him in a handy spot and it wouldn't surprise to see one better. EVER LUCK (10) is another who rises in grade today following a 1.3L defeat most recently. He did jump a $1.40 chance there, so he was expected to do much better than anticipated. Right down in the weights now and he can feature in the finish. PRESTIGE WIN (6) has trialled nicely coming into this and he can be there in his HK debut.
