BETTER AND BETTER (10) was first-up and over 7f for the first time here 20 days ago and just felt the pinch late, being run down to finish 1.8L off the winner. Don't want to hop off him after that effort where he did have plenty of support. Purton sticks with him and with that run under his belt, he can get the job done this time. FIGHT TIME (13) ran over the top to score in easier company 20 days ago, getting the job done by 0.5L. He only drops 4kgs after the claim of Wong, but he maps for a very similar run this time and he was competitive in this grade last campaign. Can make his presence felt. SUPER UNIVERSAL (9) missed by 1.8L at Happy Valley in a good figure and now stretches to 7f for the first time. This is a different scenario for him but there's nothing saying he won't handle it. Won't be far away. ETALON OR (4) has trialled nicely coming in and can feature from the inside barrier.
