Finding low-salary production is one way to get a leg up on the competition in MLB DFS.

Here are some value plays to target on FanDuel for today's main slate.

Advanced statistics courtesy of FanGraphs.

Bryan Woo, P, Seattle Mariners ($7,800)

The Seattle Mariners have soared into first place in the AL West and should be able to stay hot in today's matchup.

Bryan Woo will take the mound for them tonight. Woo has a nice 3.28 expected ERA (xERA) this season. That, along with a 25.3% strikeout rate and a 12.3% swinging-strike rate are very good peripheral numbers.

He'll face off against the Oakland Athletics tonight. The A's have the lowest wOBA against righties (.297) and also strike out 24.2% of the time in this split.

Oakland has the lowest implied team total tonight at 3.14 runs. Given that, Woo is a bargain pitcher you can use in lineups tonight.

Brandon Belt, 1B, Toronto Blue Jays ($2,800)

Brandon Belt spent 12 seasons with the San Francisco Giants before joining the Toronto Blue Jays this season.

He's delivered about what he's done throughout his career; solid yet unspectacular numbers for a first baseman. He has a .364 wOBA with a .218 ISO. When he has the platoon advantage, those numbers go up to .375 and .238, respectively.

Belt will face a righty tonight in Josiah Gray. Gray is sporting a 5.12 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) and a 4.96 xERA, so he isn't a pitcher to fear.

Batting second for a Blue Jays lineup that is implied to score 4.84 runs tonight makes Belt a nice piece in either a stack or as a one-off bat to use tonight.

Mitch Garver, C, Texas Rangers ($2,900)

Mitch Garver is one of the better hitting catchers in baseball and is a good spot on Monday.

Garver has a .372 wOBA and barrels the ball at a 14.6% clip. He may be perceived as a player to only target when he has the platoon advantage, but that's not actually the case.

While some of his numbers are better against lefties, he has a higher ISO against righties this season. He also still has a very respectable .355 wOBA and 125 wRC+ without the platoon.

Garver will face Tylor Megill, who has struggled to get out both righties and lefties this season. Megill has a 6.44 xERA and a 10.9% walk rate that could cause him to get into trouble tonight.

Texas' lineup is loaded with good bats, and Garver could go overlooked. If he bats fifth, he's definitely someone to consider rostering.
