Athlete Harassment
FanDuel condemns in the strongest possible terms any form of abuse or harassment directed at athletes—whether in person, at sporting venues, or through digital and social channels. FanDuel’s policies make clear that harassment or threats to athletes are completely unacceptable. Our terms and conditions clearly outline that if we determine a customer engaged in the harassment of any participant at a sporting event, we can suspend the account.
When FanDuel identifies customers engaging in such conduct, the company takes swift and decisive action, including suspending or banning the offending accounts. FanDuel encourages all fans to behave respectfully and responsibly, supporting the broader mission of creating a positive sports entertainment ecosystem.

Proxy Wagering
Proxy wagering is a prohibited form of wagering when someone places a bet on behalf of someone else. Every wager must come directly from the account holder. This standard is how we keep gaming fair, secure, and responsible for everyone.

FanDuel’s VIP program is all about service, not sales. Our account managers aren’t paid based on how much customers wager. Instead, their success is measured by service goals: promoting responsible play, staying compliant, and constantly improving through training.
We invest heavily in ongoing education for our team, including through Responsible Gaming (RG), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Account managers work closely with our RG team to flag and escalate any signs of problematic gambling, ensuring customer safety always comes first.
FanDuel notices that even the little things make a difference, such as including RG tools and resources in customer emails so players know help is always available.
