Real-Time Check-In

Real-Time Check-In is a Responsible Gaming innovation that uses deposit data and machine learning to empower customers to manage their play in real time.

How It Works

It creates a daily deposit prediction amount based on the customer's past activity.
If a customer makes a deposit that is inconsistent with their established deposit pattern, Real-Time Check-In will prompt them to review that deposit.
From the prompts, customers can lower the original deposit amount, set a deposit limit, and review their spending habits through My Spend.

My Spend Dashboard

My Spend is available across Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, Racing, and FanDuel Picks. The dashboard helps you keep track of your betting budget by showing your spending patterns over time. You can filter your My Spend dashboard in weekly, monthly, or three-month splits.

Deposit Alerts

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, Racing, and Picks.

Deposit alerts let you stay on top of your spending without setting a hard limit. You pick an amount and time period that feels right for you. If you go over that amount, we'll remind you before your next deposit.

Any increases or decreases you make to your alert will take effect immediately.

Your deposit alert can be different from your deposit limit if you have one set up.

Deposit Limits

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, Racing, and Picks.

Deposit limits let you set the maximum amount you want to deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.

Once you reach your limit, you will not be able to deposit again until the timeframe elapses.

If you lower your deposit limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Deposit limits will also be applied to your FanDuel Fantasy and FanDuel Casino accounts (if applicable).

Loss Limits

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing.

Loss limits allow you to cap the amount you can risk, and potentially lose, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Once you’ve hit your limit, you won’t be able to place any more wagers until the timeframe elapses or bets you’ve placed cashout.

If you lower your loss limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Wager Limits

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing.

Wager limits let you set the maximum amount you want to wager daily, weekly, or monthly.

Once you hit your limit, you won’t be able to place any more wagers until the timeframe elapses.

If you lower your wager limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Maximum Wager Size Limits

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing.

Maximum wager size limits let you set the highest amount you want to place on a single wager.

Once set, you can bet up to your limit on any single wager and won’t be able to exceed that amount.

If you lower your maximum wager limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period..

Time Limits

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing.

Time limits let you control how long you spend on FanDuel each day.

Once you reach your set limit, you’ll be blocked from placing wagers for the rest of the day.

If you lower your time limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Player Activity Statement

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, and Racing.

Your player activity statement helps you track your spending on FanDuel.

It gives you an overview of your deposits, withdrawals, winnings, bets, and more throughout your account history.

Entry Fee Limits

Entry fee limits let you set the maximum you’ll spend per contest on Fantasy.

Once set, you can only join contests at or below your specified amount.

If you lower your entry fee, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your entry fee again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Contest Entry Limits

Contest entry limits let you set the maximum number of contests you can enter in a given time period on Fantasy or Picks.

Once reached, you won’t be able to enter any more contests until the timeframe elapses.

If you lower your contest entry limit, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your contest entry limit again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Contest Entry Alerts

Contest alerts notify you when you’ve entered more contests than your set daily, weekly, or monthly limit on Fantasy. You’ll get a notification once you’ve hit your chosen threshold.

If you lower your contest entry alerts, the decrease takes effect immediately. To raise your contest entry alerts again, you’ll need to request the change and confirm it on the Responsible Gaming (RG) page after a cooldown period.

Take a Timeout

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, Racing, and Picks.

Need a break? Set a timeout for 3 to 365 days, and we’ll make sure you can’t log in until the time period ends.

Self-Exclusion

This is available within Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, and Racing.

Self-exclusion lets you block yourself from playing on FanDuel, as well as the other licensed operators, depending on your current location.

When you choose self-exclusion, you won’t be able to access your FanDuel account (or other licensed operators if you opt-in to the state-wide option) for a period you set, starting at one year.

Cool-Off and Adjustment Periods

To increase or remove a limit, you'll need to wait 3 days for a daily limit, 7 days for a weekly limit, and 31 days for a monthly limit.
