FanDuel is a founding member of the Responsible Online Gaming Association (ROGA), joining forces with seven other major U.S. operators to raise the bar on safer play. Through ROGA, we’re improving education for both consumers and the industry, and strengthening protections across online sports betting.
ROGA will fund research into responsible gaming behaviors and resources, and work to align operators on best practices. Beyond this, ROGA is establishing an independent data clearinghouse and operator RG certification program to further raise the bar for consumer protections across the industry.
