Verdict

CHILLI REAPER (11) did enough in a handy on debut then showed rapid improvement second time out, when beaten just 3/4 of a length. With the benefit of those runs, and what looks a long tail to this race, she gets the chance to go one better despite the ordinary draw. IMMORTAL JOY (12) has had her fair share of chances, but a lot of them have been in tougher races than this, and she should get every chance from the draw. INFER (3) disappointed last time out, but only needs to repeat the first-up run to be a trifecta player again. KILMER (4) looks the best of the first-starters and can figure from the low draw after a couple of handy trials.
