Hong Kong Sha Tin - Race 8

The 4YO Classic Mile now and SAGACIOUS LIFE (1) comes in with the best form in the race. He's a winner at the top of C2 and continues to raise the bar. He looks like he'll be better over further, though Purton sticking is a big push for his chances. Can bring up back-to-back wins. INVINCIBLE IBIS (3) made it four in-a-row over this course and distance last time out, getting over the top to win by 0.3L when giving his rivals weight. Meets those rivals favourable at the weights here and Bowman remains in the saddle. Should be doing his best work late in the race. BEAUTY BOLT (4) finished right behind Invincible Ibis last start, fighting hard for the win and now McDonald hops on board. Has the speed to offset the tricky barrier and a forward showing is on the cards once again. LITTLE PARADISE (2) continues to raise the bar and now rises to the mile. Leading chance with a good draw on offer. TOP DRAGON (11) closed nicely behind Sagacious Life last start and has to be included.
