AURIO (4) put the writing on the wall two starts ago before a dominant victory here last time out. The wide draw is a niggle, but he's hard to go past on his impressive win here last start. Just needs a touch of luck to be repeating the dose. PI LEGEND (8) led but faded here first-up when a $10 chance. He had trialled very impressively coming into his return run and the blinkers come back off now. Purton takes the ride from a wide barrier and he's sure to be improved after the first-up win. GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (11) was 2L off the winner last start after getting a good run in transit. He maps for a similar run today under Yeung and if he can run up to his last start performance, then he should be thereabouts once more. HAROLD WIN (3) draws inside today in a big tick for his chances and a forward showing is anticipated.
