NFL Player Prop Bets, Picks for Bears vs. Seahawks Monday Night Football

Under 46.5 Points (-110)

The under is my favorite bet of the night because Seattle's defense has been extremely difficult to move the ball against.

The Seattle Seahawks rank first in the NFL in total defense and passing defense while the Chicago Bears rank third in total offense but have also been among the league's most run-heavy teams.

Chicago is averaging 391 yards per game and leads the NFL in time of possession at 35:30 per game, which can shorten the game and limit overall possessions.

Seattle also just held Kansas City’s offense to three points, making 46.5 a high enough number to target the under.

Luther Burden III Under 51.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Luther Burden III - Receiving Yds

Luther Burden III has been one of Chicago's most efficient offensive weapons, but this is a difficult matchup for him.

Burden has 35 catches for 491 yards and two touchdowns through seven games, averaging 70.1 receiving yards per game, but Seattle ranks first in the NFL against the pass. The Seahawks have also allowed just 343.3 total yards per game, and Chicago's preference to establish the run should make it difficult for Burden to reach 52 receiving yards.

His 51.5-yard line gives us some room to work with against a defense that has allowed only 168.9 passing yards per game.

Byron Murphy II to Record a Sack (+220)

Player To Record A Sack
Byron Murphy II

Byron Murphy II has already recorded three sacks through seven games, including a two-sack performance against San Francisco in Week 6.

The Seattle defensive tackle has generated at least one sack in three of his last four home games, giving him a strong track record of getting to the quarterback.

The Bears have allowed 18 sacks through seven games, and Caleb Williams has been particularly vulnerable when facing pressure as Chicago has faced a league-high 55.3% blitz rate.

Murphy also enters Monday night without an injury designation after practicing fully Saturday following a back issue, making +220 an appealing number on one of Seattle's best interior pass rushers.
