MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

Ozzie Albies to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-130)

Reds vs. Braves, 7:16 p.m. ET

Ozzie Albies has a long track record of mashing southpaws, and I like his matchup today against LHP Andrew Abbott.

Abbott is having a rough season, pitching to a 5.03 SIERA and 17.8% strikeout rate. He’s got a 5.31 xFIP on the road, so it’s not like we can place a ton of blame on Great American Ball Park. Abbott has especially struggled of late, posting an 8.01 ERA over his last seven starts, allowing seven earned runs twice in that span.

In his career, Albies has registered a .364 wOBA against left-handers. He should be in a meaty spot in the lineup, and once Abbott departs, Albies will see a Cincinnati Reds bullpen that ranks second-worst in xFIP in 2026.

Merrill Kelly Under 15.5 Outs Recorded (-112)

Diamondbacks at Rockies, 8:41 p.m. ET

Merrill Kelly is having a tough season, and I think he’ll have a hard time going over 15.5 outs today at Coors against the Colorado Rockies.

For the season, Kelly — normally a good pitcher — has struggled to a 5.11 SIERA and 16.3% K rate. He’s also got a career-worst 10.1% walk rate, so his numbers have fallen off a cliff across the board.

He’s lasted just 4.1 and 4.2 innings over his past two starts, and back on August 12, Kelly went just five innings against these Rockies and that game was in Arizona.

The Rockies are a difficult matchup. Colorado is fifth this year in home wOBA (.336), and they’re sixth in overall wOBA over the last 30 days (.325).

All in all, I think Kelly will be up against it tonight, and this is my favorite pitcher prop today.

Denzer Guzman to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-140)

Angels at A’s, 9:41 p.m. ET

With the platoon advantage at a great park for offense, Denzer Guzman can notch at least two hits/runs/RBI today versus Jeffrey Springs.

For the year, Springs has a 4.91 SIERA. He’s getting rocked at Sutter Health Park, surrendering a .391 wOBA and 2.60 jacks per nine at home this season.

Guzman has a great batted-ball profile against left-handers, generating a 40.3% hard-hit rate and 41.9% fly-ball rate over a smallish sample this season. He’ll likely be in the middle of the Los Angeles Angels‘ lineup, and he went deep last night.

After Springs, Guzman will match up with an A’s bullpen that sits dead last in reliever expected ERA (4.67) in the second half.
