MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

Bubba Chandler Under 15.5 Outs Recorded (-132)

Pirates vs. Tigers, 6:41 p.m. ET

Bubba Chandler has some intriguing pieces to his arsenal and may eventually turn into a top-notch hurler. He’s not there yet, though, and I think he’ll have a tough time getting to 16 outs today.

Chandler put up elite swing-and-miss numbers in the minors and posted a 13.4% swinging-strike rate in 31.1 MLB frames in 2025. That kind of stuff hasn’t carried over to this season, though, as he’s recorded a 9.3% swinging-strike rate en route to a 4.72 SIERA. His biggest issue is walks — he owns an 11.6% walk rate, something that works in our favor with this under.

Chandler has gone five innings or fewer in four of his past seven starts, including a four-inning outing in his most recent appearance. He’s topped 90 pitches only once over his past eight starts as the Pittsburgh Pirates have no reason to push the limits on one of their young arms.

Add it all together, and I’m backing Chandler to go under 15.5 outs tonight against the Detroit Tigers.

Heliot Ramos to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-115)

Orioles vs. Yankees, 7:06 p.m. ET

In the nightcap of today’s Baltimore Orioles-New York Yankees doubleheader, Heliot Ramos is in a good spot versus Brandon Young.

Young, a right-hander, has shown some reverse splits this campaign, with righty bats tagging him for a .342 wOBA and 40.3% hard-hit rate. He’s also been in a bit of a funk of late, allowing at least one dinger in seven consecutive starts while registering a 4.66 expected ERA in that time.

Ramos’ Yankees tenure is starting to pick up after a slow start. Over his past 25 plate appearances, he’s got a .321 wOBA while notching at least two H/R/RBI in four of his last six games.

Assuming Ramos isn’t rested in Game 2, this sets up as a good matchup for him.

Isaac Paredes to Record an RBI (+125)

Astros vs. Athletics, 9:41 p.m. ET

Prior to this season, Jacob Lopez was a southpaw who I thought might be on track to become a very good pitcher. It’s gone the other way in 2026, though, and Isaac Paredes can cook in this matchup.

Lopez produced a 3.76 SIERA a year ago, striking out 28.3% of hitters. Those numbers have plummeted to a 4.84 SIERA and 20.4% K rate this season. Righties have a .376 wOBA against him, and Lopez has permitted 2.04 home runs per nine in the split. Add in homer-happy Sutter Health Park, and this is a nice spot for the Houston Astros.

Paredes will have the platoon advantage versus Lopez, and he’s amassed a .348 wOBA and 49.6% fly-ball rate against LHPs this year. He’s got seven RBI across his past six games, and once Lopez departs, Paredes will see an A’s bullpen that has the seventh-worst expected ERA in 2026.
