FanDuel Donation Aids Local Relief Efforts After Los Angeles Wildfires

FanDuel and its parent company, Flutter Entertainment, are stepping up to support communities impacted by the devastating wildfires across Los Angeles. The companies announced a donation to Americares and the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation to aid local relief and recovery efforts.

Flutter and FanDuel have been proud members of the Los Angeles business community for nearly 25 years, and FanDuel TV is based in Culver City. FanDuel employs nearly 400 people in the Los Angeles area—some directly affected by the fires.

‘We are heartbroken by the devastating loss these wildfires have created in a community we call home,” said Amy Howe, CEO of FanDuel. “We are committed to ensuring our employees are safe and making sure the community has the resources it needs to support the heroic efforts of our first responders.”

The donation will help Americares address urgent health needs in affected areas and provide the LAFD Foundation with resources for life-saving equipment and programs.
