Olympic Golf: Ranking All 60 Golfers in the Women's Field

Golf is being played for the third time at the Olympics since 2016.

The men's competition did not disappoint as Scottie Scheffler won the gold medal in comeback fashion.

On the women's side of things, Nelly Korda will be looking to win a second gold medal after winning it during the 2020 Games in Tokyo.

The event begins Wednesday, August 7th at 3:00 a.m. Eastern.

Korda is putting together a strong season and heads up a stellar field for the women this time around.

This year's field is based on the Olympic Golf Rankings (OGR), which ranks the field now from 1 to 60.

But for a larger glimpse at the field, we can look to other ratings systems to see how the field rates out compared to the rest of the world's pro golfers.

Below are the rankings for golfers in the women's field. The rankings come from the following sources:

My rankings (based on long-term adjusted strokes gained data with recency weighting factored in) will be used to give a third look at the field.

In addition to the OGR rankings (which range from 1 to 60) and each golfer's odds to win the Olympic gold medal on FanDuel Sportsbook, these three rankings are listed below, as well as an average of the three for each golfer.
