NFL DFS Picks for Week 4

Week 4 NFL DFS Picks in Summary

  • Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jaguars ($7,900)
  • C.J. Stroud, QB, Texans ($7,000)
  • Aaron Jones, RB, Vikings ($6,400)
  • Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs ($5,500)

Part of the beauty of NFL DFS on FanDuel is that the slate changes — sometimes drastically — from week to week.

Week 4 brings another loaded FanDuel NFL DFS main slate, with intriguing options at multiple salary levels.

There are several high-salary plays who look appealing, but this slate also features a handful of mid-range and value options who can help make the rest of a lineup work. Quarterback is particularly interesting, with multiple viable options below the top salary tier.

Using our NFL DFS projections as a guide, let's take a look at some of the best daily fantasy football plays at each position on this week's FanDuel main slate.

NFL DFS Week 4: Best Picks, Plays for FanDuel

Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jaguars — $7,900

Trevor Lawrence offers an appealing combination of ceiling and salary in a matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Lawrence has thrown for 616 yards, 7 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions through three games while completing 66.7% of his passes. He has already produced two games with at least three passing touchdowns, including a four-touchdown performance in Week 1 and three more scores last week against New England in the Jacksonville Jaguars‘ lopsided win.

The Week 4 environment is enticing, too. Jacksonville-Cincinnati boasts a 51.5-point total and 2.5-point spread, giving it plenty of shootout potential.

In a great game environment and playing good ball, Lawrence makes a lot of sense this week, especially if it seems like he won’t be super popular.

C.J. Stroud, QB, Texans — $7,000

C.J. Stroud is my favorite value QB this week.

The Houston Texans are 0-3, but Stroud's individual numbers haven't been nearly as poor as the Texans' record suggests. He's thrown for 794 yards through three games -- 264.7 per contest -- with 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. He also has 54 rushing yards on only seven attempts, and he hasn’t yet had Nico Collins for a full game.

The matchup this week is one of the main reasons to buy in.

The Dallas Cowboys have struggled defensively through the opening weeks, and Houston is a home favorite in a game carrying a 47.5-point total. Stroud may get the aforementioned Collins back after Collins missed the previous two games with a hamstring injury. Collins returned to practice on a limited basis this week after catching 7 passes for 75 yards and a touchdown in Week 1.

Stroud’s combination of salary relief, passing volume, and matchup makes him one of the best values on the slate.

Aaron Jones, RB, Vikings — $6,400

Speaking of value, Aaron Jones stands out as a quality low-salary RB.

Jones' workload has been trending in the right direction. After handling 12 carries in Week 1, he logged 23 carries for 105 yards in Week 2 before seeing 17 carries and 6 targets last week against Tampa Bay. He turned those Week 3 opportunities into 92 scrimmage yards.

That means Jones has totaled 40 carries and 6 targets over his past two games — both of which were games sans Jordan Mason — which is excellent usage for someone carrying a $6,400 salary.

Now he gets the Miami Dolphins.

The Dolphins have been one of the most favorable matchups for running backs through three weeks, and Jones enters the game as the clear lead option in a Minnesota Vikings backfield that should have opportunities to play from ahead.

At a $6,400 salary, Jones provides the kind of combination of workload and value that gives you a lot of lineup flexibility.

Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs — $5,500

Any Time Touchdown Scorer

After a meh 2025 campaign, Travis Kelce has looked anything but washed through three games. He's hauled in 14 passes for 231 yards and 2 touchdowns, averaging 77.0 receiving yards per game and an excellent 16.5 yards per reception.

He's coming off a productive outing in Week 3, and he’s seeing good volume, logging 18 targets thus far.

Now Kelce gets a familiar matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders. Historically, he has been extremely productive against the Raiders, totaling 133 catches, 1,648 receiving yards, and 12 touchdowns across 24 meetings.

The salary is the real selling point, though. Kelce is only $5,500, so he’s an economical way to get exposure to one of the slate’s best offenses.
