Gerrit Cole (elbow) to make season debut Wednesday for Yankees

The right-hander allowed just one run, with 19 strikeouts and no walks, across 12 1/3 innings and three rehab starts. However, Cole maxed out at 68 pitches during his rehab assignment, so the Yankees could limit his workload on Wednesday.
