Joe Musgrove (triceps, elbow) scratched for Padres on Saturday; Randy Vasquez recalled, will start versus Royals

Musgrove has been scratched from Saturday's matchup due to a triceps and elbow issue. He'll be placed on the 15-day injured list, but it seems as though he'll be out for a bit longer. Randy Vasquez has been recalled from Triple-A to take the bump. A corresponding roster move will be announced shortly.
