Slated for ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, the series finale between Chicago and St. Louis has been delayed for nearly two hours at this point. Finally, however, there is a new scheduled start time. "Weather permitting," first pitch will be at approximately 9:40 p.m. ET, according to the Cardinals' account on X.
Javier Assad and Sonny Gray are scheduled to start for their respective teams.
