Petey Halpin And Guardians Square Off Against White Sox On Sept. 15

Halpin is hitting for a .215 BA, .256 OBP and .310 SLG with a 19.1% strikeout rate and a 4% walk rate. His OPS is .566 and he has scored 20 runs. In 173 plate appearances, he has hit three home runs and driven in 10 runs. Halpin has recorded 10 steals on 11 attempts. He returns to action for the first time since Sept. 8, when he went 2 for 4 with an RBI against the Orioles.

The White Sox will send Chris Murphy (3-0) to make his third start of the season.
