POSEIDON BAROWS (3) returns. Finished second at this track and distance at his only appearance last prep three-and-a-half months ago. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. SHONAN TAHTI (11) has been out of the frame at his last couple of runs, last time finishing eighth over 1 ¼m at Sapporo. Forgive the last couple in tougher assignments. Can bounce back. SHAWSHANK (10) turned in a sound effort at the latest when fourth over this course and distance. Has further improvement to come and looks a clear threat. MEISHO KAJIBO (6) finished second at Chukyo Dirt two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1 ?m at Hanshin Dirt. Open to improvement and should be about the mark in this much easier assignment.
