Tennessee Titans Draft Kentucky QB Will Levis 33rd Overall
Perhaps no player had a wider range of outcomes in the 2023 NFL Draft than Kentucky quarterback Will Levis, who had grades as high as the top overall prospect and ones that put him outside the first round.
The NFL Draft betting odds at FanDuel Sportsbook fluctuated wildly in the hours leading up to the draft.
In the end, Levis fell to the second round and to pick 33 for the Tennessee Titans.

Levis didn't have substantial help at Kentucky in terms of pass-catchers, and while he is credited with immense arm strength, he ranked 89th in the nation in average target depth (8.6 yards, via PFF).
A lot of that had to do with a pretty heavy amount of passes behind the line of scrimmage evidenced by Levis' heat map.
Levis also enters the NFL older than is typically desired, which plays a part in a lagging statistical profile.
ESPN's QBR metrics also flagged him for some of the worst sack-taking in the nation, and that ultimately put him just 61st in the country in total QBR in 2022.

Will Levis in Tennessee
Tennessee ranked just 19th in adjusted passing efficiency and 24th in overall offensive efficiency, according to numberFire's expected points model, which adjusts for opponent strength faced.
Ryan Tannehill was better than the NFL average in terms of per-play expected points added (by 0.06 points), per numberFire, and that's despite just 14 passing touchdowns.
Levis has the tools to become an eventual franchise quarterback, and if he does, the second-round selection will be quite the value.
Tennesssee Titans 2023 Outlook
The Titans' regular season win total number is set at 7.5 with -105 odds on the over, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
They're +198 to make the playoffs, as well as +7500 to win the Super Bowl.
