FanDuel’s Week 6 NFL DFS main slate is another loaded slate, with several high-upside stars and a few mid-range options who can help open up the rest of your lineup. As always, the goal is to balance projected volume, matchup quality, expected popularity, touchdown upside, and salary when building FanDuel lineups.
With four teams on bye and the international and primetime games excluded, Sunday's FanDuel main slate features 10 games beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET.
Using our NFL DFS projections as a guide, let's take a look at some of the best daily fantasy football plays at each position — accounting for salary — on this week's FanDuel main slate.

NFL DFS This Week: Best Picks, Plays for FanDuel
Josh Allen, QB, Bills ($9,500)
Josh Allen - Passing Yds
Josh Allen carries the slate's highest FanDuel salary at $9,500, but his combination of passing and rushing upside makes him appealing against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Through five games, Allen has thrown for 1,249 yards and 7 touchdowns while adding 239 yards and a whopping 8 scores on the ground. He just ran 10 times for 121 yards and a touchdown against the Rams last week.
The matchup offers another reason to prioritize Allen. Las Vegas is allowing 377.0 total yards per game, including 236.4 through the air and 140.6 on the ground, and the Raiders rank 29th in red-zone defense, with opponents converting 77.8% of their trips into touchdowns.
Allen's rushing involvement gives him access to fantasy production in every area where the Raiders have struggled, and he brings a slate-winning ceiling every time out.
Jonathan Taylor, RB, Colts ($8,700)
Jonathan Taylor - Rushing Yds
The volume continues to make Jonathan Taylor one of the top RBs in DFS.
Taylor has handled 101 carries through five games, turning them into 398 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns while also catching 13 passes for 106 yards. He's recorded at least 19 carries in four of five games and has already produced three multi-touchdown performances.
He has a mouth-watering matchup this week at home versus the Tennessee Titans
While Tennessee's defense hasn't been a pushover on a per-carry basis, allowing only 3.5 yards per rush through Week 5, the appeal comes from game environment and projected workload with Indianapolis a large home favorite.
We project JT for 20.4 FanDuel points, giving him a slight edge over Bijan Robinson atop our RB projections.
Drake London, WR, Falcons ($7,600)
Drake London - Receiving Yds
Drake London has shaken off a quiet opening two weeks and enters Week 6 playing his best football of the year for the Atlanta Falcons.
London has piled up 194, 96, and 118 receiving yards over his past three games, giving him 27 catches for 488 yards through five contests. Despite all that yardage, London still hasn't scored a receiving touchdown, so there's room for his fantasy production to jump once the TDs finally swing his way.
Sunday's matchup with the Chicago Bears also carries one of the better offensive environments on the slate, with the game showing a tight spread (1.5) and high total (51.5). It’s also indoors. That’s basically all the boxes we want checked for a shootout, and there are plenty of high-upside pieces on each side for a game stack.
Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, Patriots ($6,300)
At a $6,300 FanDuel salary, Rhamondre Stevenson provides a low-salary way to access meaningful running back volume.
Stevenson has 57 carries for 227 yards along with 15 receptions for 111 yards through five games, and he's found the end zone in each of his past two contests. He totaled 85 scrimmage yards and a touchdown against Las Vegas in Week 5 after putting up 74 yards and a score against Buffalo the previous week.
With TreVeyon Henderson out, it should be all systems go for Stevenson.
The New York Jets aren't an especially soft matchup -- New York ranks fourth in total defense at 293.0 yards allowed per game -- but Stevenson's salary and projected workload compensate for that.
If New England plays from ahead as a home favorite, Stevenson has a path to another workload in the neighborhood of 15-plus touches while offering touchdown upside at a salary that makes the rest of a lineup much easier to construct.
Isaiah Likely, TE, Giants ($5,500)
Isaiah Likely - Receiving Yds
Isaiah Likely has emerged as one of the biggest tight end breakouts of the young season, and his $5,500 salary still doesn't fully reflect his role in the New York Giants‘ passing game.
Likely has already accumulated 48 targets, 33 receptions, 284 yards, and 4 touchdowns through five games, giving him a 29.8% target share. He ranks second among tight ends in both total targets and receptions while sitting first at the position in receiving touchdowns.
His usage has been even more appealing recently. Likely has drawn 12 and 13 targets over the past two games, and he erupted for 11 catches, 94 yards, and 2 touchdowns against Washington in Week 5.
The New Orleans Saints have been a favorable tight end matchup, surrendering 13.3 half-PPR fantasy points per game to the position, the eighth-most in the league. For $5,500, Likely offers an enticing combination of target volume and touchdown upside.
