MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

Gunnar Henderson to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-110)

Blue Jays vs. Orioles, 6:36 p.m. ET

Gunnar Henderson draws a lovely matchup against Max Scherzer.

Scherzer’s gas tank is just about empty as he’s struggled to a 5.23 SIERA and 17.1% K rate this season. Left-handed hitters have mauled him to the tune of a .372 wOBA and 54.7% fly-ball rate.

Henderson hasn’t been able to replicate his form from 2024. He’s still got 24 dingers, though, and owns a 42.9% hard-hit rate and 40.0% fly-ball rate with the platoon advantage.

With a .439 wOBA over his past 43 plate appearances, Henderson is ending the season on a high note, and he can keep it going tonight in this matchup as long as the rain holds off and allows the game to be played.

Andre Pallante Over 15.5 Outs Recorded (+100)

Cardinals vs. Pirates, 6:41 p.m. ET

Andre Pallante to go over 15.5 outs is my favorite player prop today.

Pallante is a ground-ball pitcher who thrives on inducing weak contact (55.5% ground-ball rate) and limiting walks (7.5% walk rate) rather than racking up whiffs (16.5% K rate). While that adds some volatility to his profile, it can also help him record quick outs.

He’s been remarkably durable and consistent for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2026, pitching at least five innings in 16 straight outings. In that span, he’s gone over 15.5 outs in 12 of 16 games. The likely reason we’re getting him at even money to do it today is that three of the four times he’s gone under 15.5 outs have come over his past three starts.

But I really like his matchup with a slumping Pittsburgh Pirates offense, one that sits 23rd in second-half wOBA (.305). He faced Pittsburgh back on April 29th and completed six innings. As long as the batted-ball gods cooperate, Pallante can get at least 16 outs on Tuesday.

Mickey Moniak to Record an RBI (+150)

Diamondbacks vs. Rockies, 8:41 p.m. ET

Mickey Moniak has some drastic home/road splits, which isn’t shocking given that he plays his home games at Coors. But his home output coupled with a date against RHP Michael Soroka puts me on Moniak to drive in a run today at these odds.

Moniak has slugged his way to a .388 wOBA at home, compared to a .245 wOBA on the road. He’s also much better versus righties (.344 wOBA) than southpaws (.251 wOBA).

Soroka’s 4.21 expected ERA is quite a bit worse than his 3.45 actual ERA. He’s got a meh 9.6% swinging-strike rate overall while lefty bats are striking out only 20.0% of the time against him.

Moniak will likely hit fifth or six in the Colorado Rockies‘ lineup, which is a good spot for RBI chances. On a night when Colorado is listed at -104 odds to go over 4.5 runs, Moniak can get in on the fun.

What does "total bases" mean as a prop bet?

The total bases prop counts the bases a batter earns from hits in a single game:

• Home run = 4 bases

Walks, hit-by-pitches, and stolen bases do not count. A typical total bases line is set at 1.5 or 2.5. Betting over 1.5 means you need at least a double, or two singles.
