SAMMY LINCOLN (2) continued a strong run of recent form and deserved his victory last time out, scoring by 3.5 metres over 1 ?m at this track. No excuses from this advantageous draw. That latest effort is good enough to put him right in the finish. GEORGIE BEST (3) resumes here after closing his last campaign with a thirteenth at this track on September 5. Talented and has plenty of upside. Capable of playing a major role so has to be respected. SECRET BEACH (5) didn't do a bad job when fourth over 1 ¹/16m at this track last time out. INCENTIVISE (11) was well supported when resuming from a spell last start over 1 ¹/16m at Alexandra Park but broke badly in the score-up and was pulled up. With better racing manners has top-three claims.
