ROSINA (5) has found some good form since dropping down to this level, and her second as the favourite at Matamata last week over a mile was full of merit. If this race has not come too soon for her, then she is the one to beat, especially getting back to a middle distance. ALTEZZA (7) has been mixing her form and will appreciate sliding down to this level. Bruno Queiroz has returned to the saddle, and she will be hard to hold out here. Each way value. BETTERBEYOU (8) got going late when finishing fourth on a heavy track at New Plymouth nearly 5 weeks ago over 1 ¼m. The extra 1f won't be an issue, and she can figure in the top 4 again. KHANDO (4) followed on from a couple of runs at Ellerslie with a game effort for third at Matamata 18 days ago. She drops in class, and is good enough to take this out.
