HANKEE ALPHA (4) is a consistent mare who will find this a touch easier than her recent assignments. She is likely to settle back from another wide draw, and with the right trek into the race, she can have the last say this time. ROCKING (10) looked very promising in her initial prep, all on wet ground, and her only poor run was on debut. She has trialled and will be ready to rumble fresh. ON THE TOWN (5) has been freshened up since his last start, finishing third at Pukekohe just over 6 weeks ago. Another wide draw is no help, but Michael McNab sticks. Each way. MID OCEAN (13) caught the eye with a sound fourth fresh at Ellerslie 2 weeks ago, and she will be a lot sharper this time. She is up to taking this out. SHACKTIME (12) capped off some good form with a tough short-head win at Trentham 6 weeks ago. Go again. UP THE ANTI (3) was a game, last start winner by a head at Otaki 3 weeks ago. Include in all combos. GOLDILUXE (18) is ready to show something third up. Each way value.
