KIA KAHA (4) raced handy before being shuffled back before the turn and finishing near last as the favourite at Whanganui nearly 3 weeks ago. Her form prior was building nicely, and she is nicely placed to make amends. Follow your money. BETHANY DEE (1) should have won 3 starts back, and then set the record straight by winning her penultimate start by a neck at Te Aroha, before finishing a bold runner-up here nearly 6 weeks ago. She has talent, so stick with her. VIRGO VIVA (11) trekked the pace and stuck on gamely for seventh in the G3 Desert Gold Stakes at Trentham nearly 2 weeks ago. She has a good gate and is expected to be fighting out the finish this time. Each way. DRAGON BLOSSOM (6) ran on late at Trentham last time out, and FLEETING GLIMPSE (7) will strip fitter after finishing fourth at Pukekohe 12 days ago. Both of these mares are well worth including in all top 4 combos.
