He maps to receive the run of the race from his handy gate, and with a more favourable draw, he can take this out. SWISS PRINCE (1) was well in the market when finishing runner-up here 3 weeks ago over 6f, He will welcome Joe Doyle back to the saddle, and with the aid of the pole position, he will be hard to hold out again. FINAL REASON (7) has won 2 of her last 3 starts by a nose, and she has no trouble handling heavy ground. Dropping back to 7f form a mile will do her no harm, and she has each-way claims again. BRASS MONKEY (5) carried through his army of supporters when winning his maiden in a 5-horse field at Tauranga nearly 2 weeks ago. This is tougher, but he can still measure up again.
