FLEURS STAR (8) was fair on debut, and then was much better when third at Hawera nearly 4 weeks ago. With further improvement, and an extra 1f to travel, she can take this out. SMACKERS (9) was good resuming, and then ran on too late for fourth over 7f at Hastings last week. She backs up quickly for her peak run, and with some luck off a wide draw, she can figure in the top 3 here. HIGH ROCK (14) has had solid trial form either side of a modest debut at the end of April as a juvenile. His most recent of those trials was very impressive, so keep him safe, even from a wide gate. BURNSIDE LASS (6) is steadily improving with racing, and is getting out to a more suitable trip third up in her career. Each way.
