This is tough. UTAH JOE (9) has been busting to win at the provincials before winning a 56 at metro level at Oakbank. She will push forward and has plenty of weight relief again with the 9lbs claimer sticking. A decent chance to repeat. PRIVATE JET (5) resumes and led beaten a whisker here first-up last preparation. Went close at Mt Gambier two back and that reads well. He races forward and winning rider Milnes is aboard. Should be ready to go and is good enough. SUNSET PRAYER (11) improved beaten 2L in a 56 at Mt Gambier. Has to manage an awkward gate but has scope for further improvement. EMERALD COURT (6) was okay at Geelong and then led beaten just 1.5L in a 56 at Avoca. Will skip across and is well placed. RAIN LORD (1) hasn't won for a long time but was good first up at Mt Gambier and will use the rail. Crowther is a positive jockey booking.
