TAKEN TO TASK (6) debuts for the Hickmott yard and has been well educated. Just missed in a recent Murray Bridge jumpout and Todd Pannell sticks from that. Draws a low barrier and finds a winnable assignment. KAYLA KRUZEN (10) finished second, beaten 0.8 lengths, when resuming off a long break at Clare for a new stable. She led them up and is nicely placed to take this out with the extra fitness. SPIKE ALMIGHTY (3) resumed from a spell for a new barn with a sound third over 6f at Ararat after leading them up. He'd been off the scene even longer and is sure to have come on. Has a wide barrier but is better suited and can feature with average luck. DEBRALEE (7) is a leader who folded up at Murray Bridge. Held on better at Clare prior and will get every chance running along from an inside barrier.
