Verdict

LOTS OF TORQUE (4) missed the bob when resuming at Donald but was less effective last time. Has been freshened with 34 days in-between runs and won't find too many better chances to break through. ON TIK (2) stuck on soundly into third when resuming from a spell last start at Murray Bridge after he was in contention on the turn. Is sure to have come on from that and draws low again. Big chance. REGAL TIME (5) finds the maiden win elusive but was a big improver last start at Balaklava. Has had plenty of chances to break through but if she can hold her form she will be fighting out the finish again. ALSACE GEM (8) is a Strasbourg filly on debut the Michael Hickmott stable. Showed positive signs in her most recent trial and is drawn cosy. Can make a bright start.
