ALAA PLENTY (1) stalked the leading division but couldn't quicken when resuming in a better race over this distance at Morphettville last start. Has never won first-up so no alarm bells. Has scored twice from four second-up runs so in this company a far better run is anticipated. BLANC VISAGE (7) is back after an 18-week spell. Performed well in some strong form races of a higher level than this last prep. Won a recent jump-out so a bright return looks on the cards. HEART OF THE MED (10) returned from a 19-week spell and was facing the starter for only the third time when a convincing all-the-way winner over 5f here recently. Up in class this time but there is still plenty of room for improvement. ALOHA BLUE (14) is up in grade but his stats at this trip are tough to overlook.
