BLUE ISLES (10) was well below her best in town last start in a run that looked too bad to be true, but her prior form stacks up strongly. She's worth forgiving and from a middle draw she should be blending into the race at just the right time. CAPTAIN LOVE (6) is still chasing that first win, though not for lack of effort. He's shown versatility with his racing pattern and is capable of giving this a big shake. UNITED LEGEND (2) went close here last time, finishing off strongly from the back. He's at peak fitness now and will be hoping for a genuine tempo to bring her into play late. HOTCH POTCH (1) has mixed his form but brings ratings that measure up. If he produces his best, he can break the drought.
