With the claim bringing him in well at the weights, this looks his chance to break through. RIPPER (2) got back from a wide draw at Donald but closed off strongly into fifth over 1 ?m. Doesn't need to improve much to be right in the finish here. READY BY DESIGN (7) was prominent before finishing third at Naracoorte last start. Strips fitter now, though the draw makes things tricky, he's still capable of featuring with luck in running. ZIBULON (5) is going better than his form reads and will appreciate this drop in grade. Strips fitter third-up and can make his presence felt.
