VIOLET LOVEBUG (1) returned with a bang at Gawler, leading throughout in a dominant display. She looks to have gone to a new level and should keep the momentum rolling. DAMELLI (4) was a barnstorming winner fresh on the main track but hasn't quite been able to replicate that since. Chased in vain behind Violet Lovebug last time but meets her better at the weights now and can turn the tables. SI SENORA (2) and BREAKFAST (5) also come through the same race and meet the winner better at the weights, giving them a chance to finish much closer, though both still need to lift sharply. ACT OF TREACHERY (3) brings different form, having knuckled down to score on debut at Murray Bridge. Fitter now, but this is a tougher assignment.
