Verdict

A race that brings together quite a few progressive types. BATTLE OF THE ICE (1) won his only start in May in smart style and was sent straight for a break. He's jumped out well this campaign and can pick up where he left off. Holder goes on and he'll give himself every chance with his early tactical speed. HOT STATEMENT (2) is another last start winner that looks to have plenty of upside. He should get all the favours from barrier two and can be in the finish. NOSIE BY NATURE (6) is better than his last start effort and can bounce back, while STOLEN KISS (5) caught the eye last start with a big finish after getting back to the tail of the field. She can run well again.
