DIFFERENT GRAVY (1) was far too bad to be true first up at Caulfield. His spring form is a class or two above this lot and a quick freshen might be all he needs to snap back into gear. If he does, he's clearly the one to beat. MCWOODY (5) warmed into it late first up then went on with it second up over the mile with a bit in hand. He'll relish getting to 1 ?m and should give this a big shake. MATAHGA (4) has been right there in both runs back and is another who will be better suited stepping out further. He's hitting his straps now and represents value. BOOTLEGGER (2) toughed it out in the Morphettville Guineas then just missed when odds on here last time. He's rock-hard fit and will be right there again. CANNAE (6) scored with a bit in hand second up then was only grabbed late by Bootlegger last start. He's been kept fresh and stays onside.
