SYNCHRO (3) returns under the big weight but has jumped out sharply in readiness and reunites with Pannell, who knows him well. He's a lightly raced five-year-old who can progress nicely this campaign and this looks a strong kick-off point. ICE SYMPHONY (5) closed strongly to get within 0.5L of the winner in a strong form race fresh. Was less effective last time when left with too much to do, but he can improve sharply on the quick back-up rising to 6f. FALANGHINA (8) fought gamely to just miss when resuming on the Parks track at long odds. Is better for that outing and has won second-up before. Value. CASINO SHOWGIRL (14) resumes for the Clarken camp after a successful debut prep and appears to have taken the right steps during her break. Crowther sticks from the recent trial and she's worth a market watch. SHADOW EAGLE (6) has been savaging the line without winning and will be doing the same again late. GOLD SPIRIT (2) comes through some hot races but will need luck from wide.
