Banking on the Victorian form prevailing. Lightly raced five-year-old PRESSCODE (2) has hit his straps this prep, progressing from a maiden win first-up to BM62 success second-up. Looked to have the hat trick in his keeping last start but was just edged out over 5f at Cranbourne. Like the replacement of a 7lbs claimer with Todd Pannell. Clear top pick. ARABELLA STAR (3) has been plain in two runs this prep. Best form last prep came in SA, including a big win in a Class 1 over 5 ½f at Gawler. Watch for a return to form today, particularly with the blinkers going on. RAMASIS (1) is best of the locals after a close second over 5 ½f at Gawler eight days ago. Very fit and will appreciate a little weight relief. Sparingly raced mare IT'SANOTHERBATTLE (4) is back after a 28-week spell. Has started favourite at all three runs and finished in the top three each time. Trialling in great style so must be respected. DE LUCA (7) has a poor strike rate but is in the mix at the weights.
