IMPERIOSA (7) showed promise fresh at Halidon when chasing gamely into the placings off a long break. She didn't fire second-up but this looks an ideal assignment to bounce straight back. Draws well and gets her chance to finally break through. SECRET OWL (3) has only had two starts but continues to improve, sticking on soundly into the frame at Bordertown last time. On the quick back-up, she's one of the few with genuine upside and must be respected. UNWIND (9) resumes and while the maiden win has proven elusive, this is a thin race to kick off in. He's capable of featuring. MALDIVICA (4) disappointed in her last couple but this looks easier, so she's worth another chance. GERACE (6) looks best of the rest in what is a modest contest overall.
