I LOVE THIS SONG (10) ran on well to get up for third at very long odds at his latest appearance at Strathalbyn over 6 ¾f. Backmarker who gets home hard. Will prove tough to stop. JOHNNY CIGAR (7) was a flashing light fresh and then left himself with too much to do again last time. If the pace is strong he can cause a late scare. SPIKE ALMIGHTY (2) was safely held last start when 8 lengths away at Mt Gambier. Has claims if he can reproduce his win at Horsham two starts back.
