TEXAN WINDSTORM (1) is as tough as they come and rarely turns in a poor effort. He was back to somewhere near his best last start when earning another minor placing. Strips fitter and can get the job done under the big weight. SANTASTICO (2) warmed up nicely late when resuming in town. Sure to have tightened from that run and will relish the rise in trip. Very competitive. EISHAA (3) resumes bringing solid Victorian form for the Preusker camp. Raises questions about placement here, but if back in top order she can feature. Stablemate LONGTIMEDREAMING (4) offers a similar profile and, if sound in return, should also be very competitive. YOURAWAY (10) was a barnstorming winner fresh but failed to follow up last time. Kept fresh, he can rebound sharply.

A race in which horses are entered for a certain price, or claiming tag, which is also their sales price. An owner can claim any horse entered for the tag before the race begins, and owns them as soon as the gates open.
