Big field but JUST COMET (10) is the one to beat. Has placed 2/4 so far and has been racing in far richer maidens. Placed fresh on the provincials then a handy fifth in a 50k maiden at Morphettville Parks last start. Tricky gate but tends to get back and power home. Goes close here with even luck. GRAND MILLESIME (9) was also fifth at Morphettville Parks two back then fourth last time at Mildura. This is easier and looks a definite danger. ILUSTRIOUS WARRIOR (2) has a much better record than it looks. Trialling well and is among the main chances. NIC THE CASH (4) is worth following up after a strong run last time.
