TORN (3) finds a nice race. He doesn't win out of turn but is going well for this on his preferred heavy ground, fourth in a tougher race at Seymour two back before just missing at Wangaratta. Sets a solid benchmark and will take holding out. BLOW ON THE DICE (4) has been racing well without winning. Last start finished second, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 7f at this track. Heading the right way off past couple and should be right there. NEVRA QUEEN (7) has been freshened up since she finished seventh over 1 ¼m at Bordertown seven weeks ago. Back sharply in trip but form prior around this sort of trip was solid and she can figure. SAVETHEBESTTILLAST (6) backs up quickly but probably doesn't want it too wet.
