RACEY CASEY (5) found the opposition too classy in the $200k Vobis Gold Star over this distance at Cranbourne last start. Form in similar Benchmark races to this before that run was sound. Has a race fitness edge on some key rivals and looks the testing material. IL CIELO (1) is back after a 24-week spell. Produced a string of solid performances last prep, primarily at BM56 level. Yet to place in two first-up runs but 7f is the preferred trip. Nicely drawn and should give a good account. Handy mare TILL QUEEN (3) returns from a 20-week spell. Scratched late on Monday at Ballarat due to a wet track. Not a noted first-up performer but she has been in the placings in a couple of recent jump-outs so she looks quite forward. Must be included. SEETHRU (2) also resumes. Kicked off last prep with a dominant win in a BM56 over this trip at Werribee. Expect him to be wound up for this. FULLY JUSTIFIED (4) was too bad to be true here last time. Best form puts him in contention.
