CRIES AND WHISPERS (2) showed some improvement second up when well backed over this course and distance, jumping a $2.40 chance. Will need a touch of luck from the wide draw but on his latest figures, he's right in this. FROSTED AMBER (7) gets back onto her home deck today and looks an improver third-up into the campaign. Things just didn't unfold for her last start, but she'll appreciate the slightly firmer footing this time. Can run an improved race third-up. CULTURAL INTEREST (12) is a Redente gelding for the Dale yard who has jumped out well and has claims. SNITCHY (11) was back in trip last time but closed off nicely over 5f. Out to this trip should suit now and she's not to be discounted.
