Verdict

The short-priced favourite has come out which changes this drastically. CODENAME (5) broke through for a solid maiden win at Mildura last time out and while he only beat four rivals there he did it nicely up on speed when well supported. Up a notch now but can give a sight once more. MONIX (2) is racing consistently, a winner at Bendigo two back in better company at big odds before backing it up when just missing at Mildura in a BM70. Comes down in grade now and loves his home track, go close. MORNING RALPH (6) comes off a maiden win at Ballarat Synthetic. Back onto turf is fine and he can continue to improve. LES GARCONS (4) resumes. He didn't fire a shot in his only run last campaign but has won a jumpout and might be worth keeping safe.
