PRINCESS MESS (8) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 6 ½f at Wangaratta, scoring by 1.75 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Finds another nice race and can keep the ball rolling. MATROOSHI (11) has not appeared since she finished 14th over 7f at Terang on December 16. Best form reads well, can figure prominently. SIMPLY SASSY (13) is close to a win after a sequence of strong results, the latest when second over 6 ½f at this track. In the mix again, keep safe. TRIOMPHE (14) was in the placings again last time when 2.5 lengths adrift in third over 6 ½f at Ararat. Should be right there again.
