OCEANELLA (7) won't get many better chances than this to break through. She was sent out favourite here last start and was okay in fourth but the two runs prior when narrowly beaten read very well. This doesn't look very strong and she should go close. SO STAR (4) ran a good race on debut here behind Tarzing who has won well again since and looks very promising. So Star can improve off that and will take catching here. PRIVATEER (12) was in the market first up at Werribee and ran well for fourth. She should improve now and can measure up. RIP CURRENT (1) is a 4yo gelding by Toronado on debut for the Matt Ivill yard. He's jumped out quite well and the booking of Damian Lane for a relatively small-time trainer is interesting. Watch the betting. WHITE SPORTSCOAT (11) is a filly by Reward For Effort on debut who can run well off a jumpout win here.
