Verdict

Very tough finish. CENTU CAVADDI (5) was a bit disappointing third up at Bendigo having just missed back to the inside prior at Seymour. Things didn't really work out for him last time on a good tempo, fancy he can take a sit here and prove stronger late. ISLAND BOY (3) resumes. He was racing in some decent company last time in, winning in town two back. He can run well fresh at big odds. PRINCING (4) didn't handle the synthetic last time but had been in solid form prior and can bounce back strongly. TOUXLOVE (13) made nice improvement second up at Moe and should be ready to peak now, albeit will want the wider lanes to be in play. SHUBAEL (7) resumes having been in good form last time in. Watch the market off the long break.
