Verdict

CROCODILE (6) just missed LET IT BEEL (3) when they clashed first up here over 6f, Let It Beel just getting the softer run between horses and driving through to deny Crocodile who looped the field out wide. There was only a neck on the line and while both will appreciate the rise in trip Crocodile can turn the tables. KING'S CORONATION (2) went to the paddock a winner and resumed one, scoring by 0.8 lengths in a BM56 at Pakenham Synthetic. Decent jump in grade but have to respect again. FINANCE SHOGUN (4) tried hard when last seen 59 days ago at Cranbourne in a strongly run affair. He can kick up to lead from the inside and will take catching.
